Where are your holiday homes located?
Our collection of carefully curated self catering holiday homes is set across some of Scotland’s most beautiful landscapes, including Newtonmore, Kingussie, Aviemore, Grantown-on-Spey, Lochaber, Aberfeldy, Nairn, and Balgowan.
Each location has been carefully chosen to offer a unique experience—from peaceful Highland retreats to vibrant outdoor destinations—and we’re continuing to expand across Scotland.

Booking Your Stay
How do I book a property?
Booking is simple and secure through our website. Just select your preferred property, choose your dates, and follow the checkout process. If you need any help along the way, we’re always here to assist or if you like please call us to book.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept major debit and credit cards, making it easy and secure to confirm your stay.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your arrival. Full details will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
Peace of Mind
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation of your booking can be made 60 days before your arrival date. Full details are provided before you book. For added peace of mind, we recommend arranging travel insurance.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Where possible, we’re happy to help adjust your plans. Please get in touch with us as early as you can, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. An admin fee of £60 will be applicable to change dates.
Your Arrival & Stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is typically from 4pm, with check-out in the morning at 10am, giving our team time to prepare each home to the highest standard. Exact times will be confirmed before your stay and can be found on each individual property page.
How do I access the property?
Most of our homes offer convenient self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. Full details will be shared with you ahead of your arrival.
Will everything be ready when I arrive?
Absolutely. Your home will be freshly prepared with crisp linen, soft towels, and everything you need to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
Is WiFi and parking available?
All of our properties include WiFi and dedicated parking. Specific details can be found on each property listing.
Pets & Families
Can I bring my dog?
We know dogs are a big part of the family. A selection of our homes are pet-friendly—just look out for this when browsing or ask us for recommendations.
Are your homes suitable for families?
Many of our properties are perfect for families, offering space, comfort, and easy access to the outdoors and local attractions.
Making the Most of Your Stay
Will you provide local recommendations?
Yes—each property includes helpful information on local walks, places to eat, and things to see and do, so you can experience the very best of the area. Frank and I are always just a phone call or email away if you would like further information.
What should I bring with me?
Your home will be well-equipped with essentials, so you can pack light. We recommend bringing personal items, groceries, and anything specific you’d like for your stay.
During Your Stay
What if I need assistance?
We’re always on hand should you need us. Our contact details will be provided before your arrival and they are also in each property welcome folder, so you can relax knowing help is never far away.
