Discover Ardchoile, a spacious self catering, Victorian holiday house set over three levels in the heart of Kingussie, within the stunning Cairngorms National Park. Perfect for families, groups, or nature lovers, this dog-friendly property is the ideal base to explore iconic Scottish destinations like Aviemore, Skye, Inverness, Fort William, Loch Ness and Cairngorm Mountains.

Inside, you'll find two spacious sitting rooms—one with a dining area and a cosy log fire—plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table. The top floor features a dedicated games room with a darts board and junior pool table.
A large utility room offers plenty of space for coats and muddy boots, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house also includes a shower room with wc and another separate WC and a bathroom with a bath for guest convenience.
Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout and smart TVs with streaming services in the sitting rooms. Step into the private garden to spot local wildlife, soak in the serene forest and mountain views, or unwind in the outdoor private hot tub.
Ardchoile is perfectly placed for outdoor adventures, with walking and cycling trails starting right from the doorstep such as the Gynack Mill Trail and Creag Bheag. The village centre of Kingussie is within walking distance, offering local shops, cafés, and pubs. Need a bike? The local bike shop hires and delivers!

Ardchoile sits in a peaceful, historic residential neighborhood of Kingussie. To preserve the tranquility of the area and respect the lovely neighbors, the outdoor hot tub closes at 10:00 PM.
We kindly ask that the gardens remain quiet and peaceful after 10:00 PM so everyone can enjoy a restful Highland night. To help us maintain this balance, a discreet external noise-level monitor is installed (it measures volume levels only, preserving your total privacy).
Your Safety & Security
For your peace of mind and the security of the property, external CCTV cameras monitor the main entrance and driveway.
Please note that Ardchoile is strictly set up to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. We love welcoming extended families, but we cannot accommodate additional day visitors or unregistered guests without prior arrangement
